At By Louise, we are committed to fully satisfying our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order, specifically for our Australian customers.

We will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the item, directly to the account you used during the purchase. For our Australian customers, return shipping is completely free. We also offer the ability to generate a return label to make this process easier. Therefore, we invite you to use our return portal to print your return label.

All returned items will be subject to an inspection. They must be unused, unworn, unwanted, with the original label, and in their initial state. Any item returned that is incomplete, damaged, worn, or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
